WOW! That was weird!

So it was a rainy and cool Monday night. I decided to go bowling with a friend of mine. So we went over to the bowling alley that is about 5 minutes away from our houses. It's just a regular bowling alley. Nothing too special. So I walk in and who do I see? I see two people there for a fundraiser. In a bowling alley I wouldn't expect anything major and if it is it would only be major in the bowling world...I would think. One famous bowler is Norm Duke. MAYBE I would expect to see him. But no that's not the case. Two people sitting at their own little desk is Orlando El Duque Hernandez and Ron Darling! That's right. A random bowling alley in a small suburb and two famous pitchers (one who is now a broadcaster) is just sitting there!!! Since it was a fundraiser the autograph would have cost like 80 bucks and I certainly wouldn't want to pay that and I do not carry that much with me to a bowling alley. However this is what I did get. I got a picture on my cell phone of me and Hernandez and also on my phone is 2 videos. One of him BOWLING A SPARE ON THE LANE RIGHT NEXT TO ME! AND THE SECOND VIDEO WAS HIM GETTING A SECOND SPARE ON A LANE RIGHT NEXT TO ME!

Tune into sports heaven with mark and evan as it starts up again sunday sept 9 at 8pm EST

2 days left until the launch!

as reported by Ethan Kwassman KSN Reporter

Enterprise Dome Inside is 2 days away, and already hype is building up. Just to clarify something that our fans and members have been concerned about is that whether or not Edi Media is related to Camp Edward Isaacs and if it sponsors the shows "The Sports Docket" and "System Showdown." Edi Media is related to Camp Edward Isaacs only in the sense, that we release the issues of the camp newspaper ,"The Eddie I-er" on our site. Also, Edi Media does not sponsor "The Sports Docket" or "System Showdown." We only advertise the episodes on our upcoming site, and in return those shows put a shoutout for the website on their show. Currently, those shows have no sponsors, and are looking for some.

Jon Scheiber will likely be named the CEO of Edi Media. The other option is the writer of this article, but he'll probably get another position. Just to explain the logo, it is basically a dome design with "e" in a box for enterprise, "d" with a circle for dome, and a "i" with curved lines for insider reporting. This is the rough draft for our logo made by a certain "Quazymoto", however, our official graphic designer "The Imacguy" will probably come up with a better looking logo for our site. But, we will use this nice piece of artwork as the official logo for now.

It's that time of year for the Mets again!

as reported by KSN Reporter Ethan Kwassman

With both the Phillies losing to the Pirates, and the Mets completing a three-game sweep with a 8-2 victory over the Nationals on Sunday, the Mets not only increased their NL East lead to a season-high 5 games, but also their magic number to clinch the division went down from 37 to 35 games. Yes, its once again time to think playoff baseball for the Amazins, who are now a season-high 17 games (70-53) over .500.

If the Mets pennant pack doesn't get you going, how about this stat: any combination of 35 Mets wins or Phillies/Braves loses (Braves trail Phillies by 1/2 game), the Mets will be NL Eastern Division champs for the second straight year. The Mets have 37 games to go, which makes this even look more promising, with still plenty of games remaining against their important division rivals in Atlanta and Philadelphia, as well as those left against the Florida Marlins, and the Washington Nationals.

Thanks to 7 innings of 2-run, 3-hit ball from Orlando Hernandez and a 2-hr, 4-rbi afternoon from Carlos Beltran (who's been torrid since coming off the DL), the Mets now have the biggest division lead out all 6 of the divisions. They can thank the Yankees winning ways and the Red Sox recent loses for that feat as well. Now, the Mets can build off it, with a 3 game series coming up versus the wild-card leading San Diego Padres tomorrow night.

Back home brings name change!

as reported by Ethan Kwassman KSN Reporter

Well, 2 months went by, the Kwass was away for an awesome summer @ Camp Edward Isaacs, and now returns to his front desk here @ KSN, to bring you news. In discussion with other KSN members, it has been decided that KSN will change the name to Edi Media, (thus, a new domain and site) to support its #1 successful product, "The Eddie I-er", a newsletter that released 4 issues this summer during the second sessions, and will continue monthly ones throughout the year. Of course, we will still continue with the radio shows of "The Sports Docket" and "System Showdown", as they will continue on once again next week after a long, restful break.

If anyone is wondering what Edi Media stands for, it'll will be Enterprise Dome Inside Media, barring any complaints from other members of the former KSN. If anyone is wondering, what Edi Media will contain, it will be as follows:

1. First off, it won't be very different from KSN, except we won't be broadcasting Edi Media so much on our radio shows, until we get more recognized.

2. "The Eddie I-er" will be our mainstay product. We will have .pdf files of all the issues that came out during the summer available to look at, as well as new ones throughout the year.

3. Our shows will continue as always, except we won't be continuing the L'Chaim show (which never even got started), or the Eddie I Beat to eliminate confusion, as well a very large possibility of few listeners.

So, when will we launch, you might ask? In 5 days, on Wednesday, August 22, 2007.

Any questions, direct to kwasster07@gmail.com , or comment this post.
