Transcript with Cassie Ellis of Anaheim Duck's Fan

as reported by Ethan Kwassman KSN Radio Host

I posted a transcript of this earlier, but somehow it didn't get posted and wasn't saved, and now I realize that posting whole interview audio, is more efficient, and easier than posting transcripts, lol.

Cassie Ellis from http://www.anaheimduckfan.blogspot.com joined Aceman & the Kwass on Sunday, June 10, 2007 to talk about the Ducks celebrations, her website, female fans in the NHL, the future of the Anaheim Ducks, the NHL offseason, the Ducks farm system, the aggressiveness of Chris Pronger, the issue of Teamu Selane possibly retire, and Scott Niedermeyer as a Devil, and in his first year as a Duck. It was a very grasping interview, to stay the least.

Click to hear the whole interview here.
The audio may take a few seconds to upload, so please be patient...

Mighty Ducks claim Cup with Game 5 win!

as reported by KSN Reporter Ethan Kwassman

The Anaheim Mighty Ducks had a Hollywood ending to the 2006-07 NHL Season by winning the Stanley Cup with a 6-2 victory over the Ottawa Senators last night at the Honda Center in Hollywood. For the third straight cup (not year, because of the lockout in '04), a team from a warm climate defeats a Canadian team. Last year, it was Carolina over Edmonton in 7 games, and the one before that, it was Tampa Bay over Calgary in 6 games. And the Cup before that, it was the my very-own New Jersey Devils over a very different Anaheim hockey club in 7 games. Thus, the Ducks have made 2 out of the last 4 Cups, but this was their first, as the took care of business in 5 games over the Senators, who were making their first appearance. (Well that did have on in 1927!).
